“Nordic Advisors was founded in 2002 and since then solely been focusing on providing board work and assistance to foreign companies activities in Denmark and the Nordic countries. Advise in connection with establishing affiliates and/or subsidiaries in Denmark, mergers and acquisitions etc. As independent of other interests, we work solely as advisors.“
A typical clients are company transaction in the range of 10 to 100 mio. Eur. But as advisors for serval large international companies we do also take part in smaller as well as larger transactions as well as board and manager roles for set up in Denmark as legal reeprensentative.
